Summary
This study tests a new treatment called A2B395 for adults with advanced solid tumors like colorectal, lung, and breast cancer. The therapy uses specially designed immune cells to target and kill cancer cells while protecting healthy ones. The study has two parts: first finding a safe dose, then checking if it shrinks tumors.
