First seen Oct 31, 2025 · Last updated Jun 17, 2026 · Updated 29 times

Summary

This study tests a new treatment called A2B395 for adults with advanced solid tumors (like colorectal, lung, or breast cancer) that have not responded to other therapies. The treatment uses specially engineered immune cells designed to kill cancer cells while leaving healthy cells alone. The study has two parts: first, finding a safe dose, and second, checking if that dose shrinks tumors. About 240 people will take part.
