Summary
This study tests whether a daily dose of freeze-dried wild blueberry powder can improve blood sugar, blood pressure, and brain function in women with prediabetes. Thirty overweight women aged 20-65 will take either the blueberry powder or a placebo for six weeks. Researchers will measure changes in glucose, insulin, blood pressure, and gut health.
