Summary
This study tested a virtual health program for African immigrants aged 25-75 who have at least two conditions like diabetes, high blood pressure, or obesity. Sixty participants from two churches used Bluetooth scales and blood pressure monitors to track their health over six months. The goal was to see if the program helped lower blood pressure and body weight.
