Summary
This study tested a special exercise program that combines turning movements with thinking tasks to help people with diabetic nerve damage. Fifty adults aged 50 and older with mild balance and thinking problems took part. The goal was to see if this training could improve their balance, reduce fall risk, and sharpen their thinking better than standard exercises.
