Electric field device joins drug combo to fight advanced cancers

Summary
This early-phase study tests a wearable device that creates electric fields (tumor treating fields) combined with either cabozantinib or a chemo-immunotherapy pair (nab-paclitaxel and atezolizumab) in people with advanced solid tumors in the abdomen or chest. The goal is to see if the combination is safe and can help control cancer growth. About 43 adults whose cancer has spread or hasn't responded to standard treatments will participate.
