First seen Mar 30, 2026 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 5 times
Summary
This study compares behavioral therapy and a combination medication (naltrexone/bupropion) to help people who experience loss-of-control eating after bariatric surgery. About 160 adults who had gastric bypass or sleeve gastrectomy about six months ago will receive one of the treatments for several weeks. The goal is to reduce binge-like eating episodes and improve weight loss.
