First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 30, 2026 · Updated 36 times

Summary

This early-phase study tests a new treatment called TNhYP218 CAR T cells for people with solid tumors that have high levels of a protein called mesothelin, including mesothelioma. Participants' own immune cells are collected, modified in a lab to better attack cancer, and then given back. The goal is to find a safe dose and see if the treatment shrinks tumors.
