NCT ID NCT07287800
First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study looks at whether giving testosterone to men with low testosterone and kidney failure can help them recover better after a kidney transplant. About 50 men will receive testosterone before and after their transplant, and their safety and recovery will be compared to a similar group from the past. The goal is to see if this approach reduces complications and improves graft survival.

What this could lead to
If it works, this could improve recovery and quality of life for men with low testosterone undergoing kidney transplantation.
What could go wrong
