Summary

This pilot study tests whether a small device that gently stimulates a nerve in the ear can safely reduce nerve pain in people with spinal cord injury. 32 adults will use the device at home for 30 days. The main goal is to see if the treatment is practical and well-tolerated, while also checking for any pain relief or improvement in quality of life.
