This study tests whether transcutaneous spinal cord stimulation (TSCS) — a gentle electrical current applied through the skin — can help veterans with chronic spinal cord injury (SCI) better regulate blood pressure during exercise and cold exposure. Participants will receive both active and sham stimulation while using an arm bike or sitting in a cool room, and researchers will measure exercise endurance, heart rate recovery, core temperature, and thermal comfort.
