This study tests whether drinking tart cherry juice can help prevent nerve damage (neuropathy) caused by the chemotherapy drug paclitaxel. About 86 people with breast or ovarian cancer will drink either a high or low dose of tart cherry juice during their 12 weeks of chemo. The goal is to see if the juice reduces numbness, tingling, or pain in the hands and feet.
