Summary
This early-phase trial tests the safety and best dose of sonidegib combined with pembrolizumab in 36 adults with advanced solid tumors (cancers that have spread). Sonidegib blocks enzymes that help tumors grow, while pembrolizumab boosts the immune system to attack cancer. The goal is to find a dose that is safe and to see if the combination shrinks tumors.
