Summary

This study tests a psychosocial program called Conquer Fear Support (CFS) for people with stage III or IV lung or gynecologic cancer who are experiencing fear of cancer progression. The program includes psychoeducation, attention training, worry management, and detached mindfulness techniques. The goal is to see if it is feasible and acceptable, and whether it can help reduce worries, fears, and uncertainty. Participants will attend seven sessions and practice skills at home.
