NCT ID NCT05715463

First seen Oct 31, 2025 · Last updated Jun 17, 2026 · Updated 30 times

Summary

This study looks at whether helping people with inflammatory arthritis address social needs—like food, housing, or transportation—can reduce missed doctor visits. About 100 adults with conditions like rheumatoid arthritis or lupus who have missed appointments in the past year will be randomly assigned to receive a list of community resources, help from a community specialist, or a nurse navigator. The goal is to find the simplest, most cost-effective way to improve appointment attendance and health equity.
