Summary
This study tests whether a 12-week home-based shoulder strength training program can reduce pain and improve function in manual wheelchair users with spinal cord injury. Forty participants will start training either 3 or 12 months after leaving rehab. Researchers will track pain, strength, and daily wheelchair use over 15 months.
