Summary

This small study is testing whether semaglutide, a drug used for diabetes and obesity, is safe and tolerable for people with advanced lung disease. Eight participants will take the drug for 12 weeks while researchers monitor side effects, weight, and lung function. The goal is to see if this approach is feasible before larger studies.
