Summary

This study aims to understand why the right side of the heart fails in people with heart failure and high blood pressure in the lungs. Researchers will look at heart tissue samples from 50 adults to find the best ways to diagnose and treat this condition. Participants must be between 18 and 90 years old and have a specific type of heart failure.
