Summary

This study tested a type of group therapy called Resilience-Oriented Therapy (RoT) for adults in Rwanda who were struggling with mental health issues like trauma, depression, anxiety, or anger. 427 people took part, and the therapy was tailored to each person's main problem, such as managing emotions or behavior. The goal was to see if the therapy could help reduce symptoms and improve well-being.
