Summary
This study tests whether a personalized nutrition plan can help people with traumatic spinal cord injury avoid gaining excess body fat and becoming obese during the first year after injury. The trial involves 56 participants with spinal cord injuries between levels C1 and L2. Researchers will measure changes in fat mass using body composition scans to see if the diet intervention works.
