Summary
This study will enroll 100,000 adults aged 45 and older to track early signs of Alzheimer's and Parkinson's disease using phone apps, voice recordings, and movement tests. Researchers aim to create better tools for early diagnosis by combining digital data with genetic and biological samples. Participants do not receive any treatment; the goal is to understand how these diseases develop over time.
