Summary

This study looks at how different amounts of physical activity (45, 90, or 150 minutes per week) affect arthritis symptoms like pain and physical function. Researchers will enroll 285 adults with arthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, gout, fibromyalgia, osteoarthritis, or lupus. Participants will be assigned to one of three activity levels to see which works best.
