New drug combo shows promise for tough breast cancer

Summary
This early-phase study tests two drugs, palbociclib and avelumab, together for people with a specific type of advanced breast cancer (AR+ triple-negative). The main goals are to find the safest doses and see if the combination can shrink tumors. About 45 participants with advanced breast cancer that has spread will take part.
