Summary

This study looks at whether a community-based program focused on healthy eating and exercise during and after pregnancy can lower the chances of obesity and type 2 diabetes in mothers and their children. About 1,000 pregnant women in urban areas will take part. The goal is to see if this lifestyle approach improves pregnancy outcomes and reduces long-term health risks.
