Summary
This study aims to see if using a life history calendar helps people recall past mental health issues more accurately. Researchers will ask 2,500 adults in Hong Kong about their mental health, with half using a calendar as a memory aid. The goal is to improve how we measure lifetime mental disorders like depression and anxiety.
