Heart failure patients get mental health support in new study

Summary
This study tests a program called FRAME that helps heart failure patients discuss stress, anxiety, and depression with their doctors and loved ones. About 7,300 patients in Ontario, Canada will take surveys before and after using the tool. The goal is to see if the program makes it easier for patients to get mental health support.
