New study aims to bring mental health support to heart failure patients

Summary
This study tests a program called FRAME that helps heart failure patients talk about mental health with their doctors and loved ones. About 7,300 adults with heart failure or at risk for it will take part. The goal is to see if the program works and can be used in regular heart care.
