Summary
This study will follow 5,000 adults with immune system issues to see how often they also have clonal hematopoiesis (a type of blood cell change) or related blood diseases like VEXAS syndrome. Researchers will track new cases over time to better understand these conditions. No treatment is given; the goal is simply to observe and learn.
