Summary
This international study is testing whether using just one blood-thinning medication is as safe and effective as using two after a specific type of heart artery procedure. It focuses on patients aged 75 and older or those at high risk for bleeding. The goal is to find the best balance between preventing heart problems and avoiding serious bleeding events.
