Summary
This study looks at how the bacteria in a mother's gut (the microbiome) and her nutrition during pregnancy affect her baby's growth and health. Researchers are following 800 pregnant women aged 28 and under in Toronto, collecting stool and blood samples, and tracking diet and weight gain.
