Summary
This study looked at how safe and effective Fiasp, a faster-acting mealtime insulin, is for people with type 1 or type 2 diabetes in everyday life. 42 adults used Fiasp as prescribed by their doctor for about 6 months. Researchers tracked side effects and blood sugar control to see how the drug performs outside of a controlled trial.
