Summary
This early-stage study tests a new oral drug, EC5026, in 36 adults with spinal cord injury who have nerve pain. The main goal is to check safety and tolerability over 14 days, while also seeing if it reduces pain compared to a placebo. Participants take one pill daily and undergo regular check-ups.
