Summary

This study is testing different dosing schedules for the Alzheimer's drug donanemab to find the best balance between clearing harmful brain plaques and minimizing a serious side effect called ARIA-E, which is brain swelling. It involves about 1,175 adults with early memory problems confirmed to have Alzheimer's-related brain changes. The main goal is to see which dosing plan causes the least swelling while still effectively reducing plaque buildup over 91 weeks.
