This study looks at how the diaphragm, the main muscle used for breathing, works in people with lung diseases like asthma, COPD, fibrosis, and pulmonary hypertension. Researchers want to see if diaphragm problems are linked to shortness of breath. About 800 adults will take breathing tests and walk for 6 minutes to measure their symptoms. The goal is to better understand why people feel breathless, not to test a new treatment.
