Summary
This study aimed to see if a general type of group therapy, using skills common to all major therapies, could help adults with depression, anxiety, PTSD, and stress. It planned to enroll adults experiencing psychological distress, but exclude those with recent self-harm, suicide attempts, eating disorders, hallucinations, or recent drug use. The study was withdrawn before any participants were enrolled.
