Summary
This study will observe 30 adults in Mexico who are already taking tirzepatide for conditions like diabetes or obesity. Researchers will use MRI scans to check knee cartilage, CT scans to measure heart fat, and body composition tests over a year. The goal is to understand how tirzepatide may affect joints and heart health, separate from weight loss.
