First seen May 20, 2026 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 1 time

Summary

This early-stage study tests whether a drug called AZD1390, given together with a precise type of radiation (SBRT), is safe for people whose solid tumors have spread to other parts of the body. About 54 adults with metastatic cancer will receive increasing doses of the drug alongside radiation to two tumor sites. The main goal is to check for side effects and find a safe dose for future studies.
