Summary
This early-phase study tests a new drug called AI-061, which combines two immunotherapy agents (anti-PD-1 and anti-CTLA-4) into one treatment. The goal is to find the safest dose and see if it can shrink tumors in people with advanced cancers like melanoma, lung, and ovarian cancer. About 18 adults whose cancer has spread or come back will take part. This is not a cure; it aims to control the disease by boosting the immune system.
