Could a smaller dose of this cancer drug work just as well?

NCT ID NCT07576725

First seen May 14, 2026 · Last updated May 14, 2026

Summary

This study tests whether giving a lower dose of the immunotherapy drug nivolumab less often can still control advanced cancers that have spread or can't be removed surgically. The goal is to make treatment more affordable and accessible worldwide. About 50 adults with various cancer types will receive the reduced regimen to see if tumors shrink or disappear.
