Acupuncture offers hope for veterans with gulf war illness

Summary
This study tests whether acupuncture can help relieve symptoms of Gulf War Illness, a condition affecting many veterans. Two hundred veterans will receive either biweekly acupuncture for six months or a shorter waitlist followed by weekly treatments. The goal is to see if acupuncture improves physical function and overall well-being.
