Summary

This study looks at 500 people who have had a stroke and also have atrial fibrillation (an irregular heartbeat). The goal is to understand why some people still have strokes even when taking blood thinners. Researchers will collect blood samples and heart ultrasound images to find better ways to predict stroke risk.
