Summary
This study tests a new type of CAR T cell therapy for adults with advanced solid tumors, including colorectal, pancreatic, lung, ovarian, and mesothelioma cancers. The therapy uses a patient's own immune cells, modified to target cancer cells while sparing healthy ones. The goal is to find a safe dose and see if it can shrink tumors.
