First seen Jun 27, 2026 ยท Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study tests whether a disposable device called the Zero Degree Knee positioner helps people regain full knee extension faster after total knee replacement surgery. About 154 adults aged 40-80 with knee osteoarthritis will be randomly assigned to use the device at home or follow standard recovery instructions. The main goal is to measure knee straightness at 2 weeks after surgery and track patient-reported outcomes over time.
