Summary

This study compares two ways to help people with overweight or obesity lose weight and eat healthier. One approach focuses on avoiding tempting situations (AVOID), while the other trains the brain to resist impulses (RESIST). About 500 adults will be followed for 12 months to see which strategy works better.
