First seen Apr 14, 2026 · Last updated Jun 17, 2026 · Updated 14 times

Summary

This study looks at how losing 10% of your body weight with or without exercise affects your fat tissue and overall health. Researchers want to see if adding exercise leads to lasting benefits, even if some weight is regained. The study involves 68 adults with obesity who will either exercise or not during a supervised weight loss program, followed by 6 months of follow-up.
