Summary
This study tests a new medicine called NNC0662-0419, given as a weekly shot, to see if it helps people with overweight or obesity lose weight safely. About 224 adults aged 18-65 with a BMI of 27 or higher will receive either the drug or a placebo. The main goals are to check for side effects and measure weight change over time.
