Summary

This study tests a once-weekly injection called NNC0487-0111 in 300 adults with overweight or obesity and moderate-to-severe obstructive sleep apnea who do not use a CPAP machine. The goal is to see if the drug helps with weight loss and reduces breathing pauses during sleep. Participants are randomly assigned to receive either the active drug or a placebo.
