First seen Apr 12, 2026 · Last updated May 05, 2026 · Updated 7 times
Summary
This study tests if using a mobile app or virtual reality for short mindfulness and breathing exercises can lower stress, burnout, and improve sleep and thinking in nurses who work rotating shifts. 300 nurses will be split into four groups, including a health education group and groups using mindfulness alone or with breathing exercises, for 8 weeks. The goal is to find a simple, quick way to help nurses feel better and cope with job demands.
