NCT ID NCT03868930
Summary
This study tested a group workshop called STEP-Home, designed to help post-9/11 Veterans who were struggling to adjust after military service. The workshop taught practical skills for managing emotions, solving problems, and focusing attention to improve daily life and community involvement. Researchers compared it to another group therapy to see if it was better at reducing anger and helping Veterans feel more connected to work, family, and civilian life.
