Summary

This study looks at treatments for overactive bladder in people with Parkinson's disease. It will test if starting with behavioral therapy or medication works best, and if combining both helps those who don't improve with one treatment alone. About 146 adults with Parkinson's and significant bladder symptoms will take part. The goal is to reduce urgency and frequent urination to improve daily life.
