First seen Oct 31, 2025 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 24 times
Summary
This study tests whether adding tocilizumab to two standard immunotherapy drugs (ipilimumab and nivolumab) can reduce severe side effects while still fighting cancer. About 35 adults with advanced melanoma, non-small cell lung cancer, or bladder cancer will receive the combination. The goal is to see if the triple therapy is safe and helps shrink tumors.
